Keyholder

Responsibilities:

 

·        Place serving customers first as the number one priority of School & Pre-School and Learning How locations.

·        Supervise all sales associates and insure they are doing their job to the fullest.

·        Handle all customer complaints and/or concerns to the best of your ability.

·        Supervise all refunds, returns and exchanges according to store and company policy.

·        Supervise the opening and/or closing procedures of the store.

·        Responsible for Monthly Goals to be posted and recorded in full view for sales associates. Responsible to be aware of Daily Goals and to motivate staff to reach goals.

·        Prioritize and delegate other duties such as stock, cleaning, etc.

·        Complete other duties as assigned by Management and Corporate Office.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·        High school diploma preferred

·        Previous retail experience preferred

·        Responsibility and initiative

·        Excellent people skills

·        Leadership ability

·        Computer literacy

·        Recommendation from Management staff

·        Teaching Experience a plus
