Lead Keyholder

Responsibilities:

 

·        Place serving customers first as number one priority of School & Pre-School and Learning How retail locations.

·        Assist the store manager in coordinating sales, operations,  presentation and merchandising of retail location.  Maintain an awareness of area competition and suggest ways to increase sales.

·        Assist in training and supervision of sales associates including POS.

·        Responsible for knowing Monthly and Daily Sales Goals and motivating the staff to reach them.

·        Assist the store manager in reconciling sales and receipts.

·        Provide leadership in the physical inventory process for your store and minimize shrinkage of inventory.

·        Complete other duties as assigned by store manager and corporate management.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·        High School diploma or equivalent

·        Previous retail experience

·        Excellent people skills required

·        Computer literacy preferred
